Brook Holter
Certified Physician Assistant
Brook Holter is a certified Physician Assistant with almost thirty years of medical training and experience. With many years as a medical corpsman in the United States Navy, she has been delivering medical care in unique and challenging situations most of her life. After leaving the military, she was accepted to OHSU’s Physician Assistant Program graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2001. Brook joined the staff at East Portland Orthopedic and Fracture Clinic in 2004 where she provides general orthopedic care and has a special interest in pediatric orthopedics.
Brook is certified through the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, a subsidiary of the American Medical Association. This training and certification qualifies Brook to practice medicine under the guidance of a physician.
She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, the National Commission of Certification of Physician Assistants, the Oregon Society of Physician Assistant, and is licensed by the Medical Board of Oregon. She is currently an active medical staff member at Adventist Medical Center and Legacy Mount Hood Medical Center.
Brook enjoys outdoor activities, especially hiking and spending time at the coast with her family. She also enjoys reading and cooking.
